WEB DEVELOPER

Position for a web developer. Job will require developing web applications using LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP and Perl). If no previous LAMP experience, then must show proficiency to quickly learn and apply these technologies. Must be able to implement a given software design, create test modules for software components, and troubleshoot for software bugs.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelors degree relating to Computer Science, Computer    Engineering, or IT
- 3 to 5 years of software developement experience
- languages: C/C++, Java, Perl, SQL
- internet technologies: HTTP, SMTP, FTP, HTML, XML, SOAP
- minimum 3 years of web development using either PHP, JSP, ASP
- bonus points for work done in a Linux environment using Apache,    MySQL, PHP, Perl
- databases: MySQL, Postgres
- linux experience: familiar with applications and tools available for    Linux
